IN THE NEWS: We will analyze the controversy over Rep. Barney Frank's removal of "gender identity" from the federal Employment Non-Discrimination Act. At least two members of Congress, Jerry Nadler of NY and Russ Holt of NJ now say they will not vote for a sexual orientation bill if it does not include gender identity. The bill is in committee now and a floor vote could come as early as next week.
